Hoeness: "Harry Kane will leave Spurs"

Bayern Munich are reportedly pursuing the signing of Harry Kane.

Harry Kane's contract with

Tottenham

is set to expire next season, and it is still unclear whether he will continue with the team or depart. Tottenham intend to extend Kane's contract, while Bayern Munich are interested in signing him.

It seems that Uli Hoeness, the honorary president of Bayern Munich, believes that Harry Kane will leave Tottenham and join Bayern Munich.

“Harry Kane has clearly signalled in all conversations that his decision stands – and if he keeps to his word then we’ll get him, because then Tottenham will have to buckle,”

he told Sport1.

“Kane wants to play internationally and luckily for us Tottenham will not be active internationally next year.

“Up to now, the father and the brother have always stood by what they promised. If it stays that way, that’s OK.”

Harry Kane, who has been with Tottenham since 2004, has scored 280 goals in 435 appearances.

Whether Daniel Levy will allow Harry Kane to depart is still up in the air.
