Al Hilal offers Messi a gigantic £350m-per-year contract

Lionel Messi's contract with Paris Saint-Germain is due to expire this summer with the Argentine superstar being linked with a move to MLS, Barcelona, and Saudi Arabia. Al Hilal has reportedly offered the World Cup winner a £350m per year offer.

In January, Cristiano Ronaldo opted to move from Manchester United to Al-Nassr as the Arabian club offered him a yearly £177m wages. According to

, Al Hilal has doubled Al-Nassr's contract with Ronaldo as they have offered Lionel Messi £350m per year.

Proving he can still perform at a top level with 35 goal involvements so far this season, Lionel Messi's contract negotiations with PSG have reportedly stalled as he has been linked with a move to Barcelona or MLS. Messi left Barcelona and joined PSG as a free agent in the summer of 2021.

According to BBC's journalist Guillem Balague, after their Champions League round of 16 elimination to Bayern, Lionel Messi's father and agent, Jorge, reportedly demands assurances from Paris Saint-Germain that the club can remain at the highest level after their fifth last-16 exit from the tournament in the last seven years.
