Aaron Ramsey in talks to terminate Juventus contract

Juventus is trying to terminate Aaron Ramsey's contract by mutual consent.

Ramsey

is not part of Max Allegri’s plans for next season and

Juventus

have not received any offer for him and therefore is trying to terminate his contract, which runs to June 2023. He is not in the Juventus squad for pre-season tour in the United States.

Ramsey will earn €7m plus add-ons if he stays another year at Juventus but the Bianconeri is willing to offer him only €2m to terminate the contract. The Wales International at least wants €4m. Reports in Italy suggest that both parties are negotiating to reach an agreement.

The 31-year-old Ramsey joined Juventus as a free agent in 2019 but he has just played in 70 matches due to injuries. He joined Rangers on a loan deal last January.

Former

Arsenal

player has been linked with Galatasaray and newly-promoted AC Monza but he would like to return back to British football with potential destinations.

Juventus will play with Guadalajara, Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Atletico Madrid during their pre-season tour in the USA. Juventus’ season will kick off on August 15, when they face Sassuolo at the Allianz Stadium.
