Petr Cech will leave Chelsea at the end of June

Changes in the management staff of Chelsea continue.

Chelsea

have announced that Petr Cech, the club's technical and Performance consultant, will end his contract with the club from June 30.

Bruce Buck and Chelsea manager Marina Granovskaia have left the club after Todd Boehli-Clearlake took over, and the club announced today that Petr Cech will leave the club at the end of June.

The Former goalie said: 

"It has been a huge privilege to perform this role at Chelsea for the past three years. With the club under new ownership, I feel now is the right time for me to step aside. I am pleased that the club is now in an excellent position with the new owners, and I am confident of its future success both on and off the pitch."

Boehli said: 

"Petr is an important member of the Chelsea family. We understand his decision to step away and thank him for his contributions as an advisor and his commitment to the club and to our community. We wish him the best."

Cech, who has played 333 games for the club, was hired as a consultant three years ago and supervised and assisted in all football-related matters at the club. After Buck and Granovskaia split, Boehlitook over as interim sports director and chairman. Granovskaia, who was one of the most influential operator in Abramovich's tenure, will be with Boehli in the upcoming transfers. Buck will continue to work as a senior Chelsea adviser.
