Roma and Milan eyeing Kamara amid exit hint

The Olympique De Marseille star believes that ‘anything can happen’ as his deal is due to reach its end this summer. The Rossoneri and Giallorossi are keen on acquiring his signature.

Boubacar Kamara

has featured in 23 matches for

Olympique De Marseille

this season. The 22-year-old can play as a central defender or in centre midfield. His deal is due to expire in the summer and

Roma

and

Milan

are linked with sealing his services.

If I stay, I will do anything to reach the club’s target, which is the Champions League,”

Kamara said after last night’s Ligue 1 clash against Lille.

“The transfer window is open so anything can happen. There are many rumours, but irrespective of that, I am happy to have my family and my teammates close to me. I must remain focused on the pitch without thinking about the rest and give my best to help my team.”

As per reports from

La Gazzetta dello Sport

, Kamara is looking for a €5m-a-year contract, which would make him the highest earner at Roma and one of the highly paid players at Milan.

However, Jose Mourinho’s side are on the lookout in the market and hope to cash in on a few players that are not part of the manager’s plants, like Amadou Diawara, who earns over €2m per season.

The ex-Napoli starlet is representing his country on international duty now but Roma hope he will negotiate while at AFCON.
