Barcelona trying to sign former Chelsea star

Following Philippe Coutinho loan deal to Aston Villa, Barcelona are considering a move for the former Chelsea midfielder. Marcelo Bechler, a realiable Brazilian journalist, has claimed that Barca intends to reach an agreement with Shanghai Port, the current Oscar club.
The Brazilian midfielder has been playing for the team since 2017 and has two years left on his contract. However, Barca must try to keep the cost of this transfer low in order to achieve their other goals.
