The Argentine defender is trying to convince Cavani to join Boca.
' Argentine defender Marcos Rojo has claimed that he has spoken to Edinson Cavani and that there is a possibility of a Uruguayan striker in Boca.

Manchester United, but his father said in an interview that he is unhappy with his situation at Manchester United and would like to play for Boca Juniors. Rojo, who now plays for Boca after leaving United in January, seems to be doing his best to convince the Uruguayan striker to make the move.
In comments carried by
Manchester Evening News, Rojo said:
"I spoke with him. I played a little with him. We were together for four or five months.
"He is a great professional and if he reaches Argentine football, he would be a great star that would do Argentine football good."
Earlier, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had praised Edinson Cavani and talked about extending his contract. There is a clause in Cavani's contract that he can extend for another year.
