Real Betis request Oscar Mingueza from Barcelona
Real Betis have been eyeing Barcelona defender, Oscar Mingueza for some time now.
According to a report in
Mundo Deportivo, Betis need a low-cost, right-footed center-back player, and Mingueza’s deal will expire on 30 June.
He has played 25 matches under Ronald Koeman this season and this number has convinced Betis he’s the one.
Victor Ruiz and Aissa Mandi will have their contracts end with Betis on 30 June, but they desire to persuade Mingueza into the team.
The latest leaked report on
Barcelona’s team showed Mingueza to be disposable, however, they can renew his deal until 2023.
There are several other interested teams, some are in England. His agent, Josep Maria Orobitg, are in good relationships with Betis, however, and that transfer seems more logical.
