Arsenal comes from behind to beat Leicester City

Mikel Arteta's side managed to beat a top 3 side away from home after quite a while.

It was the first time in the last 6 years that

Arsenal

beats a top-three Premier League side away from home. The Gunners came from behind against

Leicester City

to score three goals against the Foxes and seal the three points.

Youri Tielemans

scored an early goal against Arteta’s side in the 6th minute but Arsenal responded very well as

David Luiz

scored the first goal for Arsenal.

Alexandre Lacazette

scored the second goal from the penalty spot and Nicolas Pepe finished the game for Leicester in the second half.

The last time Arsenal defeated a top-three team away from home was back in 2015 when they had a 2-0 victory over Manchester City in the game in which Olivier Giroud and Santi Cazorla scored the winning goals.

Arsenal will have difficult games upcoming. First, they should visit Burnley away from home again and then three days later play the first leg Europa League match against Olympiacos. Then again three days later play against Tottenham Hotspur at home.
