Fulham in race with Celtic and Wolves to sign Dembele for £5m

Peterborough United forward, Siriki Dembele has been drawing the attention of some clubs, including Celtic, Wolves, and Crystal Palace.

Fulham

are also interested in signing the attacker after watching him in last Tuesday’s 1-0 victory over Plymouth.

The 24-year-old presented a surprising display as he set up the game’s only goal as his fifth assist of the campaign.

He could be the latest in forwards to glow in Peterborough before being tempted away for a large fee.

Peterborough value

Dembele

somewhere around £5million and that should be enough to strike a deal in January.

Dembele

was an amazing player for the Posh during the second half of last season and created a formidable partnership with striker Toney.

A gifted winger who can play on either side, he has brought that form into the new campaign.

Dembele

moved in the League One side from Grimsby Town in 2018 and has a total of 92 times gameplay for the club, with 18 goals and 21 assists.
