This Sunday morning, Real Madrid completed its glorious journey by being crowned the La Liga champion for the (2023-2024) season, thus now having 36 titles in its proud history.
The crowning moment for this prestigious club was a witness to a wonderful celebration, where Pedro Roca, the president of the Spanish Football Federation, presented the title by the symbolic captain Nacho Fernandez inside Real Madrid’s “Valdebebas” sports stadium, in the presence of all the players, the technical staff, and the club president Florentino Perez.
The team immediately began its celebration journey with the title, where Cibeles Square saw a large gathering of Merengue fans, who started celebrating the title since the early morning hours.
Regarding their crowning, Nacho, the captain of Real Madrid, stated the importance of sharing the joy and happiness with the fans, saying: “We have to share the joy and happiness with the fans, as we have achieved a great victory by winning the league title, and this was not easy at all. They were a great support for us throughout the La Liga season and now is the time to enjoy the victory.”
Nacho added: “The gathering of fans today is not only to celebrate the league title, but also to support the team before the big final match we will face in Wembley.”
Real Madrid is scheduled to play the final match of the Champions League next month, where it will face Borussia Dortmund team on the pitch of Wembley Stadium.
