Gundogan and Pickford received Premier League awards
The Manchester City midfielder and the Everton shot-stopper have picked up Premier League awards.
The Premier League awards for Game Changer of the Season and Save of the Season was given to
Ilkay Gundogan
and
Jordan Pickford
respectively.
Gundogan has received the Game Changer of the Season award for his amazing cameo that secured the title victory for
Manchester Cityin the last day of the campaign. The Germany midfielder climbed off the bench when City were 2-0 back from
Aston Villaand met the target twice in five minutes and Rodri scored the equalizer between his goals.
His heroic goals sealed City’s title win as they denied Liverpool of the title once more.
Jordan Pickford, on the other hand, has pulled off amazing saves for Everton in their battle against
Chelseaon May 1.
Frank Lampard’s Everton were five points adrift of safety but they made their way up thanks to Richarlison and Pickford’s amazing performances.
