Hasselbaink reappointed as Burton coach
Relegation-threatened Burton Albion have reappointed former Chelsea and Netherlands striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink as their new manager.
The 48-year-old was first named
Burtonmanager in 2014 and guided the team to the League Two title before leaving to take charge of
Queens Park Rangers
a year later.
Burton sit at the bottom of the table and they prepare to face Oxford United on Saturday.
"We know there is enough quality in the playing squad but that's not reflected in where we are in the table so there is a lot of hard work to be done,"

Leeds United
and
Atletico Madrid
. Then he moved to
Chelsea
in 2000 where he ended his first season with 23 goals to become the Premier League’s top scorer.
