Pogba: "I will never give up"
Paul Pogba wants to come back from injury.
Paul Pogba has faced many injuries after returning to
Juventus. He only played six games for Juventus in Serie A last season.
Pogba spoke to Al Jazeera about the criticisms against him and said that he wants to show his critics that he is not weak.
“I want to make them eat their words. I want to show them I’m not weak. They can talk bad about me. I will never give up,”
he said.
“Football is very beautiful, but it’s cruel. People can forget you. You can do something great – the next day, you’re nobody."
Pogba signed a five-year contract to return to Manchester United in August 2016 for a record transfer cost of €105 million plus bonuses of €5 million.
He played 226 games at Manchester United and scored 39 goals.
