Hoffenheim confirmed the signing of Attila Szalai
Hoffenheim have signed Attila Szalai from Fenerbahce.
complete the signing of Hungarian center-back Attila Szalai.
He claimed that he intended to play in the Bundesliga after signing the contract.
"I had several options for my sporting future but made a conscious decision to join TSG Hoffenheim. I really wanted to play in the Bundesliga and I'm convinced that it's the right move for me."
Hoffenheim paid €15 million to Fenerbahce for the signing of Szalai.
Szalai scored seven goals in 117 matches for Fenerbahce in three seasons. He has also played 35 matches for the Hungary national team.
