Arsenal, Tottenham and Leeds United to compete for English youngster

The Spurs have been monitoring the 21-year-old right-back for several seasons and want to finalize his transfer this winter. Arsenal have used Takehiro Tomiyasu at right-back this season and Cedric Soares and Calum Chambers are likely to leave the club. After Kieran Trippier joined Newcastle, Atletico want to sign Cedric to replace him, and Chambers has entered the final six months of his contract.
