Mourinho heaps praise on Bale after promising performance
Tottenham winger put up a promising show on Monday after being warned he had to fight for his place.

Bale found the equalizer on the stroke of half-time before late goals from
Harry Winks
and two from
Tanguy Ndombele
set up a tie with Everton in the fifth round.
Bale has only played four Premier League games and Mourinho had warned him to fight for his place and earn game time.
Mourinho said he had been pleased with his performance on Monday and never thought about subbing him.
"It was good,"
he said of Bale's performance.
"Some good movement. Someone and against ones, beating people, attacking people, creating chances. Of course, scoring a goal
"Apart from that I never felt he couldn't play the 90 minutes. I never felt that I needed to change him and that is good. Of course, the Championship [opponents] is a good, competitive level and the aggression is high and the intensity is good. So I'm happy.
Tottenham are currently sitting fifth in the Premier League table and they host
Liverpoolon Thursday.
