PSG targets Everton’s Richarlison as Real Madrid closes on Mbappe

Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain negotiated on Thursday after their second offer of £145.6m as the Parisians have started the search for a suitable replacement.

Kylian Mbappe has reportedly told his side

it is his dream to join the La Liga giants as he’s eager to push a move to the Los Blancos.

According to

Goal

, PSG have made a move to speak with Richarlison’s representatives, viewing him as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe.

The outlet continues to say that the Brazilian’s management is expected to sit down with PSG over the weekend to discuss details.

However,

Everton boss Rafael Benitez has emphasized

that they have no intention of selling Richarlison during his pre-Brighton press conference.

"We are not considering selling him,"

the Everton boss said.

"He is our player, we are really pleased with him, really happy.

"Hopefully, he can score a lot of goals this year for us.

"We have some players that people know that they are good players. But this speculation is something that [journalists] have to do, you need to give information to the fans.

"But the coaches, we have to concentrate on the players we have."

Joining Everton in 2018 from Watford, Richarlison has scored 43 goals for the Toffees.

Meanwhile,

it’s been reported

that it’s just a matter of time for Mbappe, who has entered the final year of his PSG contract, to make his switch to Real Madrid.

Los Blancos may decide to wait until January to make another offer for the 22-year-old as the La Liga side can pen a pre-contract agreement with the France international on January 1, 2022.
