Georgio Chiellini demands a pay-rise from Juventus
As his contract with Juventus ended this summer, the Italy captain is yet to discuss a new deal with the Bianconeri. Playing an important role in Italy’s Euro-winning squad, the 36-year-old is not considering retirement and might be open to a new challenge in the coming weeks.
According to
La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Azzurri captain is expected to open negotiations with the
Bianconeri
when he returns from vacation, which he is spending with teammate Leonardo Bonucci and their families.
Although the 36-year-old defender was considering retirement, with his performances crucial to the triumph, he’s now looking ahead to the World Cup in November and December 2022.

is reportedly demanding a pay rise to his previous deal with
Juve
, his previous salary was worth €3.5m per season.
However, the outlet reports he could ask for a raise to €5m per year.
Juventus
