Marotta: "Onana's deal was very successful for us"

Onana joined Manchester United from Inter Milan in the summer.

after a season with Ajax. He then moved to Manchester United with a five-year contract.

Beppe Marotta, The CEO of Inter talked about the transfer of Onana and said that this deal was good for Inter. Marotta also talked about the possible return of Onana to Inter.

“Anything can happen in football, even if those who return do not always have positive results. It was an important experience for him and for us. It was also a very successful deal for us to get him for free and sell him for all that money.”

 he said.

Onana played 41 games for Inter last season. Inter reached the Champions League final last season but lost 1-0 to Manchester City in the final and became the runner-up.
