Rodolfo Borrell joins Austin FC from Manchester City
Borrell moves to Austin FC to become their new Sporting Director .
Borrell, who has been with Manchester City since 2014, will be Austin FC's sporting director.
Begiristain, Manchester City Director of football, talked about Borrell's departure:
“He has played a significant role in the club’s achievements over the past nine years."
Begiristain said.
“I have every confidence that he will be a huge asset to both Austin FC and United States soccer.”
Borrell won the treble with Manchester City last season.
