Rashford vows to continue his form after brace against Leicester

The England international helped Man United to a 3-0 victory over Leicester City on Sunday as they are now five points behind the league leaders Arsenal. In the best season of his career, Rashford vows not to slow down ahead of EFL Cup final against Newcastle next week.

Marcus Rashford

has scored 24 goals this season in all competitions, with 16 of them coming after the World Cup break across 17 matches. After the 3-0 victory over Leicester City, the Manchester United forward told

Sky Sports

: "

Overall a good day. They created good opportunities and David [de Gea] made a great save at the end of the first half, without that we can't go on to win the game.

"It's still early in the season, we're fighting for a lot of different things.

"We have another big game in the week to hopefully go through to the next round of the Europa League and then a massive game for us [against Newcastle].

"I don't feel like slowing down and always want to improve."

Rashford tips Man United to continue their pursuit of a first league title since 2013. He added:

"We're close but both teams in front of us are good teams and playing good football.

"We have to just focus on ourselves, do as well as we can and keep picking up points."
