Jack Ross waits to name Hibernian players to face Motherwell

Hibernian boss, Jack Ross has to wait until Saturday morning to name his squad to play against Motherwell at Easter Road as he has an injury list.

Ross was frustrated that five first-team players could miss this weekend’s match but fortunately, three of them return to training on Friday.

The unnamed player who missed last week’s triumph against Hamilton, due to Covid-19, can't come back to the squad until next week because he needs to run more tests.

Motherwell

skipper, Declan Gallagher has returned to train after a hamstring injury but will not perform in Edinburgh.

Steven Lawless came back to the bench in midweek but

Graham Alexander

still lacks 12 first-team players.

Mark O’Hara, Liam Grimshaw (both illness), Bevis Mugabi (shoulder) and Sherwin Seedorf (knee) are currently on the sidelines besides recent signings Eddie Nolan, Sam Foley and Harry Smith (all unspecified injuries), plus long-term absentees Trevor Carson, Charles Dunne, Liam Donnelly and Scott Fox (all knee).
