Final of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup 2023-2024

The battle between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal at the “King Abdullah Sports City” in Jeddah: Details of the final and the clubs’ journey toward the prestigious title in the Saudi Roshan League.

 

The Saudi Football Federation has officially announced the venue for the final match of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup 2023-2024, which will take place next Friday.

According to the Saudi news agency “WAS,” this exciting final will be held at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, known as the “Jewel of the Crown.” This major sporting event will witness an intense showdown between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, both competing for the coveted championship title.

Al-Nassr secured their place in the final by convincingly defeating Al-Khaleej with a score of 3-1, while Al-Hilal managed to qualify with a hard-fought victory over Al-Ittihad Jeddah, winning 2-1.

In the final round of the Saudi Professional League (Roshan League), in the 34th round, Al-Nassr will face Al-Ittihad Jeddah next Monday, while Al-Hilal will take on Al-Wahda.

Al-Hilal aims to increase their tally of King’s Cup titles, currently holding ten championships, and they aspire to reach the record currently held by Al-Ahli, who have won 13 titles.

Meanwhile, Al-Nassr seeks to clinch their seventh title in their history, having previously won six championships, with the last one in 1990.
