Latest developments on the injury of Pyramids player Ali Gabr

After a period of absence from the field and the recent matches of Pyramids Club, the club’s doctor announced the nature and severity of the injury of player Ali Gabr and the expected duration needed for rehabilitation.

The injury of player Ali Gabr has occupied the management of Pyramids Club recently and has also kept him out of the club’s matches.

In special statements, the head of the medical device at Pyramids Club, Dr. Mostafa Al-Muniri, announced to the club’s media center that Ali Gabr, who plays in the defender’s position, has already traveled to Germany.

He underwent medical examinations there and is now under the care and supervision of one of the best doctors in Munich, Germany, as part of receiving the best care due to his injury that he suffered from and led to his absence from matches throughout the past period.

Al-Muniri continued saying that the German doctor indicated that Ali Gabr suffers from an injury in the lower abdominal muscles, in addition to a tear in the hamstring, and this requires him to stay in Munich for 10 days to undergo more examinations, rehabilitation, treatments, and injections before returning to Cairo.

He confirmed that the German doctor and his special therapist have already set a rehabilitation program for Ali Gabr after returning from Germany, and the program takes a month, he will fully care for it in the Emirates, in preparation for returning to group training and matches in the coming period.
