Julian Draxler has joined Qatari side Al-Ahly SC from PSG

Al-Ahly announces signing official contract with Julian Draxler for two seasons.

Al-Ahly SC of Qatar have signed Julian Draxler from

PSG

on a two-year contract.

“Al-Ahly Sports Club officially announced on Monday its contract with German star Julian Draxler for two seasons ending in the summer of 2025,” according to a statement on Al-Ahly's website.

In December 2016, Draxler joined Paris Saint-Germain from Wolfsburg with a four-year contract worth €42 million. He scored 26 goals in 198 games for Paris Saint-Germain.

He played on loan for Benfica in the past season and scored 2 goals in 18 games. He has also played 58 games for the German national team and scored 7 goals.

Draxler became world champion with Germany in the 2014 World Cup.
