Leeds has no intention of selling Leicester target Jack Harrison

In their bid to escape the relegation zone, Leicester is looking to bring in a winger before the window's deadline on Tuesday. However, their survival rival Leeds reportedly has no intention of selling the player.

Joining

Leeds United

in 2021 from Manchester City,

Jack Harrison

's contract with the Whites is due to expire in 18 months with

Leicester City

being interested in signing the 26-year-old winger.

However, as

Sky Sports

reports, Leeds United does not want to sell the player, especially to a relegation rival. Newcastle United made an approach for the English winger in the past as well, but the player decided to stay put at Elland Road. Leicester is looking up to Shakhtar Donetsk winger

Tete

as Harrison's alternative, with the club ready to offload Ayoze Perez.

Harrison signed a season-long loan with Championship side Leeds United on 30 July 2018, following his involvement in Manchester City's pre-season tour of the United States. After making 36 Premier League appearances under Bielsa, Leeds United made his contract permanent ahead of the 2021-22 campaign, signing a three-year deal with the Whites.
