BREAKING NEWS: Everton has sacked Frank Lampard

Former Chelsea captain and manager, Lampard, has been fired after less than a year in charge of Everton.

Amidst problems with the fans and a horrendous run of form,

Everton

has decided to sack their manager Frank Lampard.

The former Chelsea and Derby County manager took charge of Everton less than a year ago but hasn’t been able to steer the ship in the right direction despite avoiding relegation last season.

The sack comes after Everton’s run of 10 winless matches in all competitions which has put them deeply in the relegation zone with 15 points from 19 matches.

Many names are being tossed around as Lampard’s potential replacement, but Marcelo Bielsa seems to be a real candidate for the job.

For now, however, Leighton Baines and Paul Tait are supposed to take over Everton's training sessions in the next few days or weeks.
