Neymar harshly dismisses former agent’s comments about Tite

Neymar’s former agent, Wagner Ribeiro, commented on Brazil’s World Cup exit, claiming that Tite was out of his depth managing Brazil.

Neymar defended Brazil boss Tite after the PSG star’s former agent, Wagner Ribeiro called out Tite on his lack of quality for the job, saying that Tite “

spent years deceiving the people”.

This all came after

Brazil

were stunned by Croatia on Friday after the Chequered Ones took the game to penalties where they then managed to knock out Selecao. Tite exit his job as Brazil’s head coach after the match, saying that his “

cycle is over”

.

This prompted Ribeiro to say:

"This man was never a football coach. He spent years deceiving the people, losing 2 cups.

"He's only fit to be the valedictorian of the graduating class."

And these comments draw

Neymar

’s ire, as he said:

"Don't talk s*** Wagner!"

Tite had already announced that regardless of the outcome of the World Cup, he would step down as Brazil’s head coach and it seems that he was true to his word. The 61-year-old was a successful manager at Corinthians and Internacional. He also led Brazil to 2 Copa America finals, one of which they won in 2019.
