England hosts Brazil at Wembley for Women’s Finalissima this April

The clash between two continental winners allows both

to clinch a further title before the Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand as for this year’s Finalissima England hosts Brazil on April 6.

told during her press conference:

"The great games keep on coming for us. This time, we have the opportunity to welcome Brazil to Wembley and it will be another big moment after the Euros and USA match.

"Like us, they will be thinking about the World Cup next summer. This is a chance to again test ourselves against another top 10 team in the world, an opportunity to win another trophy and give our fans something special to watch, hopefully in a packed-out Wembley."

Appearing more than 100 times for the Netherlands between 1987 and 2001, Wiegman became the coach of England in 2020.

The 2022 Euro winners

 boss was named FIFA women's coach of the year in 2017 and 2020 and took UEFA's award in 2021/22.

In 2022, Brazil became the first team to triumph at the

Copa América Femenina

without conceding a goal, the second straight tournament winning all their matches.
