Oblak is not '100 percent' ready for Betis match

The goalkeeper from Slovenia is still not fit to play.

Jan Oblak claimed that he has not yet reached his 100 percent condition.

Slovenian goalkeeper was injured in his team's match against Athletic Bilbao and had to leave the field. He was passed out on the field and after being transported off the field, he did not remember what happened to him. He missed the match against Rayo Vallecano and it seems that he will be absent for the match against Real Betis as well. In the coming weeks, Atletico have two important matches against Bayer Leverkusen and Porto, which will determine their place in the group stage of the Champions League. With Thomas Lemar, Koke and Marcos Llorente missing through injury, Slovenia's goalkeeper said he is still not fully fit.

He said:

“I’m getting better every day, I don’t remember much about the game, but the next day was better. Now I am doing quite well, I’m not perfect yet but we are doing everything with the staff to be able to be with the team. Hopefully I will already have the go ahead tomorrow.”

Ivo Grbic has been Oblak's replacement during this period and has been able to perform well. However, the upcoming matches are very important and Atlético hopes that Oblak will return to the field as soon as possible.
