Inter directors and Inzaghi to meet and discuss recent problems

As per reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri directors and the manager and his staff are going to meet today to discuss the problems the team has been dealing with.

Inter

have been defeated in three of their first nine matches across all competitions, with their last defeat before the international break coming against

Udinese

at the Dacia Arena.

Simone Inzaghi

and the Nerazzurri directors are said to be having a meeting today at Appiano Gentile to discuss what actions can be taken for the team. However, the manager of the team is not facing any threats now if the performances and the results become better in the upcoming few weeks.

The directors of the club are concerned over the physical shapes of the players. One of the subjects Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio are eager to talk about with the coach and his staff in the meeting is the team’s dip during the second half of the match.

Players appear to lack concentrations as they conceded 11 goals so far this season. The directors are determined to check the motivation of the group and the reason behind the lack of desire for winning, especially after missing the title at the end of the 2021-22 season.

They do not want to talk about the tactical decisions of Inzaghi. However, some of his decisions will be discussed, including replacing Alessandro Bastoni and Henrikh Mkhitaryan 30 minutes into the battle against Udinese, which is believed to have been decided very quickly. The meeting is expected to ask for more balance and flexibility as well.
