Thousands of English people lined up to see the Queen Elizabeth II for the last time at the funeral at Westminster Hall to say goodbye to her, and David Beckham also stood in this queue.

He told ITV

"Her Majesty meant so much in so many different ways. I can speak on my behalf from the amount of times I was able to meet her through my career.

"I was very lucky, I always wanted to represent my country so to represent my country, to be captain of my country and every time we stood there and we wore those three lions shirts and we sang God Save The Queen, that was something that meant so much to us."

But when people noticed the presence of David Beckham in the queue, a large crowd gathered around him and some people started taking selfies until the order of the queue was somewhat disrupted.

Beckham, who played 115 games for the England national team, was awarded the British Medal of Merit by Queen Elizabeth II in 2003.
