Man United not planning to sell or loan Wan Bissaka

Man Utd have received approaches for Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Crystal Palace & West Ham.

According to reports,

Manchester United

have made clear their stance on the future of defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, on the back of approaches from a pair of rival Premier League clubs.

Right-back Wan-Bissaka has fallen out of favor at

Old Trafford

over the early weeks of the new season. This comes with new boss Erik ten Hag has made clear his preference for the talents of Portuguese international Diogo Dalot.

Across the Red Devils’ first four league outings of the campaign, Dalot has been afforded a starting role in each, opening the door for one-time big-money arrival Wan-Bissaka to rack up a paltry four minutes of playing time. In turn, whispers had begun to spread over recent days that the ex-Crystal Palace man could be on the move ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline. As alluded to above, a new insight into the chances of precisely that has been provided.

The info comes courtesy of transfer expert

David Ornstein

, who has confirmed that the powers on the red half of Manchester recently opted to reject a pair of approaches for Wan-Bissaka.

The clubs to have stepped forward for the 24-year-old’s service? We t Ham United, and AWB’s ex-employers, Crystal Palace. Er, k ten Hag and co, though, have concluded that not enough time remains before the window’s close to source a replacement with Wan-Bissaka; as a result, they are looking to stay at Old Trafford for the 2022/23 campaign.
