Antonio Conte confident he will be on touchline against Wolves

In Sunday's draw between Chelsea and Tottenham, Antonio Conte and Thomas Tuchel were both sent off after a fight after full time.

Antonio Conte

, the head coach of

Tottenham

, thinks he should be able to watch the game from the sidelines against

Wolves

even though the FA charged him for his actions against

Chelsea

.

The charge came after he got into several fights with

Thomas Tuchel

, who plays for Chelsea, during and after Sunday's thrilling 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.

After the final whistle, Tuchel and Conte got into a fight, leading to both calling red cards. The FA is now charging both of them, so it's unclear if they will be able to coach their Premier League games this weekend.

Conte thinks he should be allowed to sit in the dugout against Wolves. He told reporters at his pre-game press conference: "I do. It's right for me to stay where I am. "Then I say again, for sure, after a situation like this, you can learn a lot, but at the same time, I think I did well to stay calm and not overreact."

Spurs are in fourth place in the Premier League with four points from their first two games, but they will be without key defender Cristian Romero when they play Wolves on Saturday because he is injured. "About Cristian, he had a little problem at the end of the game against Chelsea," Conte said. It's a small problem; his adductor muscle started hurting a little after the game. We checked him."

"The player wanted to give availability, but there are so many games to play right now that it would be silly to take a chance. Because of this, he can't play for Wolves." Spurs got Richarlison,

Ivan Perisic

, Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet, Fraser Forster, and Djed Spence during this transfer window. Destiny Udogie signed with Milan from Serie A club Udinese this week. However, the defender will stay with Udinese for the rest of the 2022-23 season.

Tottenham will now focus on getting rid of some of their players.

Tanguy Ndombele

is about to sign with Napoli, and Giovani Lo Celso has returned to Villarreal on loan. However, Antonio Conte did not rule out the possibility of more signings. He added: "If someone leaves, there has to be another player. Even more so if some players want to go play elsewhere and it's hard to keep them here."
