Champions League: What Juve, Inter, Milan, and Napoli earned

The Champions League group stage starts in September and as per reports La Gazzetta dello Sport, the amount the four Italian clubs earned was revealed.

are the Serie A sides that are taking part in the Europe’s elite competition this year.

Juventus have earned €50m when they qualified for the group stage, while Milan, Inter and Napoli have gotten about €40m. Napoli got €40.1m, Milan €37.2m and Inter €36.4m, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Serie A winners Milan have been placed in pot one with some other champions in Europe as well as Eintracht Frankfurt.

The Bianconeri are in pot 2, whereas the Nerazzurri are in pot 3. The Champions League group stage draw will happen in Istanbul on August 25. The first group stage matches are going to start on September 6 and 7.

The last group stage matches will be on November 1 and 2, which is three weeks after the start of the World Cup, whereas the knock-out phase will happen on February 14.
