Kasper Schmeichel set to undergo medical at Nice
The Danish goalkeeper finally ended his time in the Premier League.
35-year-old goalie, who has reached an agreement with his new club, will soon undergo medical tests. Brendan Rodgers recently confirmed that the Danish goalkeeper has been allowed to end his 11-year spell at Leicester and leave the King Power Stadium for his new club.
Schmeichel was one of the most effective members of the most successful team in the club's history, which was promoted to the Premier League in the 2013-14 season, won the league in the 2015-16 season, and won the FA Cup and the Community Shield in 2021. Schmeichel will team up with Aaron Ramsey, who has moved to the south of France after Arsenal, Juventus and Rangers.
While Leicester City have made no signings in the summer, there have been rumors of departures for James Maddison, Wesley Fofana, Harvey Barnes and Youri Tielemans.
