Pellegrini extends his contract with Real Betis
Real Betis has signed a new deal with their high profile head coach Pellegrini.

has signed a new deal with
Real Betisthat commits him to the La Liga side until the end of 2024-25 campaign following his impressive work at the club that helped them to finish in sixth place in his first season at the club, and now they are third on the table after 18 games in the domestic competition.
The Chilean manager has also led his side to the play-off knockout round in the Europa League, where they will face
Zenit, and in the Copa del Rey, they are going to face
Real Valladolidat the beginning of 2022.
Pellegrini’s current deal with Real Betis runs until June 2023, but they have signed a new deal with the 68-year-old head coach.
Betis confirmed the news on Tuesday and added in a statement:
"The extension of the coach's contract represents an important step forward in the growth of Real Betis, betting on one of the most prestigious coaches in world football.
"The renewal process has been very fast given the climate of maximum understanding and trust existing between the club and its head coach."
