Dybala explains goal celebration after inspiring Juve to victory
Juventus striker Paulo Dybala explained his ‘Platini celebration’ after his man-of-the-match performance in a 4-2 victory over Zenit on Tuesday night.
The Old Lady secured their spot in the Champions League knockout stages with two group games to spare after a brace from Argentine striker

Zenit St Petersburg4-2 on Tuesday.
They are the Group H leaders with three points more than
Chelsea, which they will face in the next match at Stamford Bridge on November 23.
Speaking after the game,
Dybala
hailed his side’s performance and said they are aiming to qualify from their group as the first team.
“We played as a great team and we achieved the result. We’ve reached the first target, now we want to go to London and get the first place,”
Dybala told

The Argentinean scored twice to overtake both
Michel Platini
and
John Charles
’ goal tally for
Juventus.
Dybala imitated Platini’s celebration after his first goal.
“Platini is an idol for me and for football, I hope he will watch it,”
the Argentinean striker explained
.
“I wanted to celebrate like this when I equaled his goal tally against Inter, but it was not the case in that game,”
he added
.
He has scored six goals and provided four assists in ten games across all competitions so far this season.
