Lenglet thinks that Griezmann is a superstar

Despite Lenglet’s claims, Griezmann has not been in his best form as he enters Euro 2020, having scored only 13 goals for Barcelona in the season. Griezmann hasn’t been able to show his full quality since leaving Atletico Madrid and joining Barcelona in 2019.

Griezmann and Lenglet are expected to play an important role in Didier Deschamps’ team in Euro 2020 despite Griezmann’s unreliable performances. But Lenglet still believes that Griezmann is going to be better in 2021 and that he is an important player for his national team and club, no matter what the pundits say about him.

Griezmann’s contract will expire in three years, but since Koeman has brought competition for him by signing Sergio Aguero and the possible transfer of Memphis Depay, he is going to be under pressure in the future.
