Ahmedhodzic ready to reject Milan and United for Atalanta

The former Nottingham Forest is linked with a move to top sides as he is performing very well with the Swedish side.

is close to signing a contract with the Serie A side,

Atalanta

. The Bosnian player was homesick while he was playing in England and decided to go to Sweden and play for

Malmo

. He has made 45 appearances for the Swedish side so far scoring two goals and attracted many top sides around Europe.

Ahmedhodzic is considered one of the best center-backs in Sweden currently as according to reports Manchester United and AC Milan are interested in the players. Both clubs are looking in the market for a suitable defender but Atalanta is the most possible destination for the ex-Forest player.

Speaking with Gianluca Di Marzio, the 21-year-old confirmed that talks are in an advanced stage with the Italian side. He said:

“I can’t wait to test myself. My move to Atalanta is not yet official but the talks are now at an advanced stage.
