Tevez can’t see Messi in another jersey as Barca exit talk starts

Boca Juniors attacker, Carlos Tevez can understand why Lionel Messi will be considering his options at Barca, but he says he can't see a fellow Argentine wearing the colors of any other team.

Barca

still interested in extending their career-long association with a six-time Ballon d’Or winner.

The 33-year-old has announced that he won't decide until the end of the current campaign, but heavyweight admirers are waiting to try and get his signature.

Paris Saint-Germain clearly said that they would welcome the all-time great player to their ranks.

Tevez

believes that no move will be made, and he sympathizes with a compatriot player who feels disillusioned with life in Spain.

The player, who has performed beside Messi for Argentina many times in the past, announced:

“It is difficult when the years increase and you still have little left to play. And above all, you realize that the team does not help you.

“Leo, more than anyone else knows what he will do with his future. I can't see him with another jersey outside of Barcelona's.”

Tevez

insists that Messi will not exit for money if that happens, with an ambitious superstar only searching for the best sporting stage.

The ex-Manchester City and Juventus striker said:

“The only thing that Leo needs is to win a World Cup, football owes it to him more than anybody.

“It can hurt us as Argentines [that he hasn’t won that prize], but it hurts him more than anyone else, I have no doubt.”
