“Christian played too little, Inter wasting his quality” - Hjulmand

According to Denmark coach Kasper Hjulmand, Inter are not utilizing Christian Eriksen’s services and quality and is concerned about his decision regarding the national team.

Christian Eriksen

moved to

Inter

team from

Tottenham

with a €27m price tag in 2020, and has featured in 39 games ever since. He appeared for a total of 393 minutes on the pitch this season.

Christian has played far too little in 2020. It is really a waste of quality,

Kasper Hjulmand

said.

When I see what he can do, I hope and believe that much more playing time awaits him this year,

” the Denmark coach continued.

The 28-year-old will probably depart in this month’s transfer window and his wages are what is stalling his leave.

I am convinced that Christian will make the right decisions that will benefit both his career and the national team

,” Hjulmand added.

The coach is worried about Euro 2020 and reveals his fears.

His lack of game time can be worrying, neither Christian nor others can perform at their highest level if they do not have the right rhythm.”
