Norwich City Tim Krul signs a new contract extension

Norwich City goalkeeper Tim Krul has signed a new deal which keeps him at the club for three and a half more years.

Krul

was an experienced goalkeeper when he signed for

Norwich

ahead of the 2018-19 season, in which he went on to play all 46 games of the club’s Championship-winning campaign and he also played all but two of last season’s Premier League matches

"He's by far the best goalkeeper in this league and was impressive in the Premier League,"

manager

Daniel Farke

told the club website

.

"It's fantastic news for us to have a player of Tim's quality and personality.

"He's so important for the dressing room and development of our young players. I think he has a good chance to play as Netherlands number one in the next tournament."
