Celtic fans gathered to protest again and chanted: ‘sack the board’

Celtic fans gathered outside Celtic Park and called for change.

A few hundreds of fans gathered outside Celtic Park in the heavy rain before the game against

Kilmarnock

in the

Scottish Premiership league

to protest again and call for change as

Celtic

lost to Ross County and drew with St Johnstone.

While fans were chanting

“sack the board”

, the

Celtic board

announced that they are supporting boss

Neil Lennon

.

There was one banner that was supporting Lennon by saying:

“To disrespect Lenny, who has suffered 20 years of abuse in the name of Celtic, is a disgrace.”

The Celtic board had asked the fans to not gather and protest for a third time hours before the Europa League win against Lille on Thursday, which was also the club’s first win in their last six games.

Celtic are going to face Hearts in the William Hill Scottish Cup final on Sunday.
