Leeds United have appointed Daniel Farke as the club's new coach

Daniel Farke has been appointed the new head coach of Leeds United.

Leeds United

have appointed Daniel Farke as the club’s new manager on a four-year deal. 

Leeds, who got relegated to EFL Championship, reached an agreement with Farke after parting ways with Sam Allardyce.

"I'd like to thank everyone for the really warm welcome, I'm really grateful at this moment, to work for this amazing club."

Farke said.

"I feel humble at this time, I know the responsibility to fulfil all the expectations and I want to repay the trust shown."

Farke was the manager of Borussia Monchengladbach last season.

Leeds will play their first game of the new season against Cardiff.
