Manchester Cityhas become on the list of desired players in the Saudi League during the current transfer period.
Transfer expert for players and coaches in Europe Fabrizio Romano wrote on his official account on the social networking site "Twitter": "

Jeddah made an official offer to the Algerian star Riyad Mahrez.
Fabrizio Romano added: "Negotiations are now underway between Al-Ahli and the Algerian player, but
Al IttihadClub is not in the race."
The transfer expert for players and coaches in Europe concluded: "Manchester City will demand a fee to allow Mahrez to leave this summer, and negotiations are expected to continue soon between the two clubs."
Note that the Algerian player’s contract with Manchester City will expire after two seasons in 2025.
