Liverpool and Tottenham join PSG in the race for Milan Skriniar

Even though PSG was desperate to sign the Slovakian in the summer, Skriniar stayed with Inter and is now in the last year of his current contract. Now, Tottenham and Liverpool have joined the Parisians to sign the centre-back as a free agent next summer.

Skirniar has been at the club since 2017, joining them from Sampdoria and has helped the club win a scudetto. He has been greatly credited as one of the main reasons for

Inter

’s resurgence. However, being in the final year of his contract, PSG has been linked with a free transfer for the defender.

Now, according to

Team Talk

, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are set to compete for his signature along with the reigning Ligue 1 champions.

Asked to comment on his future in a recent interview,

Milan Skriniar

said:

"I've never said a word, and I'd rather keep it that way. We came here to play this game, and I don't want to discuss my future or my contract because I don't think it's the right time or place.

"When there is news, you will hear it from me and no one else. I have never spoken, and I like it that way.
