Lindelof struggles with breathing

Manchester United’s Victor Lindelof falls down in their clash against Norwich City.

Manchester United’s

defender

Victor Lindelof

was substituted due to some breathing issues during their Premier League clash against

Norwich City

with 20 minutes remaining of the match, and his teammate

Harry Maguire

explained his situation after the match, insisting that it is too soon to comment on the Swedish defender’s situation, but he seems fine after the incident.

"He’s in the changing room. He felt a bit of discomfort,"

Harry Maguire told Sky Sports when asked about his defensive partner.

"We don’t really know too much details but he seems fine in there. He felt discomfort and we all wish him well."

Eric Bailly

filled the Swedish center-back’s place for the Red Devils in their victory over Norwich City, and

Rangnick

, who also talked about the situation after the match, insisted that he seems ok and all the tests are done.

United manager Rangnick added:

“He had a collision and he can’t even remember what it was. He was struggling to breathe and felt pain on his chest.

“They’ve checked him and done all the tests, and he seems to be okay.”

The Red Devils now sit in fifth place on the Premier League after this win which was gained thanks to

Cristiano Ronaldo’s

effort which led to a penalty for them and was converted by himself.
