Barcelona’s Koeman explains his random Peppa Pig tweet
The Blaugrana manager gave a reasonable explanation for his tweet which popped up very randomly on his account.
There has been a tweet on
Ronald Koeman
’s account recently, showing a video of Peppa Pig on
YouTube
, which is a children’s show.
It was deleted soon, but many
Barcelonafans were puzzled. The Barca boss has provided an explanation, revealing that his grandchild has accidently posted it and promoted Peppa Pig.
Koeman posted a picture with his grandchildren on Twitter, saying:
“Sometimes the little ones of the family want to make themselves heard via granddad’s social media account.”
It was a sweet moment, although many may not like Koeman or obviously Peppa Pig. It also broke the routine tweets that players and managers usually post, with most of them being sent by contracted companies or agencies.
A little normality from player and managers goes a long way as they are often far away from the fans.
